LEMON AND PESTO PENNE
- 1 box Sea Harvest Oven Crisp, cooked as per packet instructions
- 400g penne, cooked.
- 1 packet Findus Wok Classic, defrosted
- 15ml olive oil
- 250ml cream
- 100ml basil pesto
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 lemon plus extra to serve
Heat a large frying pan and quickly saute Findus Wok Classic in a 15ml olive oil.
In a small saucepan bring the cream to the boil, allow to reduce a little, and then add the pesto and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix in the cooked penne and sauteed vegetables.
Serve the pasta and vegetables with Sea Harvest Oven Crisp.
